Role Summary
The Team Developer : Sales and Business Development (Territorial) is a territory-focused, team-development and business-growth role dedicated exclusively to the RiceSing Anda Business Unit. The Team Developer is responsible not only for generating business personally, but also for building, developing, guiding and coordinating a local sales and business-development network within the assigned territory. The role combines territory market development, customer acquisition, relationship building, team formation, sales coaching, partner development and revenue growth.
What This Role Is About
This is a territorial team-development role designed for a market-connected professional who can build a local business network and help create a productive sales and business-development team around RiceSing Anda.
The successful Team Developer will combine personal business development with team building, coaching, local market intelligence, customer acquisition, partner development and territory revenue growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of the assigned territory, its commercial structure, customer behaviour and local business ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop business and influence people without relying solely on formal authority.
Strong communication, negotiation, networking, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently plan territory activities while coordinating with a wider Company team.
Comfortable working in a performance-linked, entrepreneurial and territory-development environment.
Ability to identify and develop other people into productive sales/business-development contributors.
Working knowledge of smartphones, internet-based communication, CRM/lead-management tools, spreadsheets and online meetings.
Preferred Hiring Order
First preference: Property consultants with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a strong practical understanding of the assigned territory and its market.
Second preference: Town planners or property/real-estate developers with strong knowledge of the territorial market, local commercial ecosystem and business relationships.
People with Relevant experience in sales, business development, territory management, real estate, consulting, food/hospitality, distribution, partnerships or entrepreneurial business development will also be considered where the candidate demonstrates strong territory knowledge and team-development capability.
Key Responsibilities
Own the assigned territory and develop a practical territory-wise sales and business-development plan for RiceSing Anda.
Map the territory's food, hospitality, institutional, catering, restaurant, QSR, cloud-kitchen, home-chef, retail and other relevant commercial ecosystems where RiceSing Anda offerings may create business opportunities.
Build and continuously develop a local sales/business-development team, referral network and market-facing business ecosystem.
Identify, approach, onboard, guide and support suitable team members, sales associates, business-development contributors, referral partners and local business connectors.
Train and coach team members on RiceSing Anda's proposition, customer approach, lead generation, relationship management, sales process and territory discipline.
Set territory-level priorities, allocate leads/opportunities where appropriate, monitor pipelines and help team members move prospects from enquiry to business.
Develop relationships with restaurants, biryani sellers, food businesses, caterers, hotels, cloud kitchens, institutional buyers, retailers, manufacturers, distributors and relevant business partners.
Generate direct sales and business opportunities while simultaneously enabling the team and partner ecosystem to generate additional territory revenue.
Build recurring business relationships rather than relying only on one-time transactions.
Maintain a territory pipeline, lead database, customer records, follow-up schedules, opportunity status and revenue-attribution information.
Coordinate with the Company and relevant internal teams for pricing, proposals, onboarding, service delivery, customer requirements and issue resolution.
Represent the Company professionally in the assigned territory and protect customer trust, brand reputation and commercial relationships.
Identify new sub-markets, local clusters, commercial zones and emerging business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Provide periodic territory reports covering team development, lead generation, conversions, revenue, market feedback, partnerships and growth opportunities.
Support the Company in developing repeatable territory-development methods that can later be expanded into additional territories.
Performance-Linked Benefits
12% of Total Revenue generated from the assigned Territory, subject to a maximum capping of INR 3,00,000 per month.
An additional 3% of Total Revenue generated from the assigned Territory, subject to a maximum capping of INR 5,00,000 per quarter.
5% of referred sales generated in any other assigned referral Business Unit where the Team Developer refers business, subject to the Company's applicable attribution, reconciliation and eligibility rules.
Working Model
Initially remote and territory/field oriented, with the expectation of local market engagement, customer meetings, relationship development and team coordination.
The Company may introduce hybrid or work-from-office requirements where business needs reasonably require it.
Important Engagement Note
This is a performance-linked opportunity. The compensation is based on eligible revenue and applicable Company attribution/reconciliation rules; no fixed salary or guaranteed minimum compensation is implied unless separately agreed in writing.

1. Parties
These Contractual Engagement Terms ("Agreement") govern the engagement between Andabhurji Global Solutions (the "Company") and the selected individual (the "Team Member").

2. Role and Business Unit
The engagement is for the position of TEAM DEVELOPER : SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (TERRITORIAL).
This position is exclusively for the RiceSing Anda Business Unit.
The initial territories currently covered under this hiring requirement are Ghaziabad, Meerut, Gautam Buddh Nagar and Hapur. The Company may modify territory allocation through written communication based on business requirements.
3. Nature and Initial Period of Engagement
The engagement is initially structured as a six (6) month contractual, performance-linked and partnership-oriented engagement.
The engagement does not automatically renew. Following review, the Company may renew the engagement, offer a separate salaried employment arrangement, or allow the engagement to expire without renewal. No renewal or salaried conversion is guaranteed.

6. Territory Development Expectations
The Team Member is expected to develop the assigned territory as a business ecosystem rather than functioning only as an individual salesperson.
Territory development may include market mapping, relationship building, team formation, referral development, direct sales, partner acquisition, local networking, opportunity identification and development of repeat business.
The Team Member may be required to coordinate with other Company personnel and contributors operating within or in relation to the assigned territory.
7. Working Arrangement
The role is initially structured as remote/field-oriented work. The Team Member shall maintain a suitable laptop or desktop, smartphone, reliable internet connection and an appropriate working environment.
The nature of territorial business development may require field meetings, local market visits, customer meetings, partner meetings, networking and other legitimate territory-development activities.
The Company may introduce a hybrid or work-from-office arrangement where reasonably required by business expansion, office availability, customer requirements, operational needs or management requirements.
8. Performance-Linked Compensation
There is no fixed monthly salary, fixed stipend or guaranteed minimum compensation unless separately agreed in writing.
The eligible performance-linked compensation is:
8.1 Compensation Structure
12% of Total Revenue generated from the assigned Territory, subject to a maximum capping of INR 3,00,000 per month.
An additional 3% of Total Revenue generated from the assigned Territory, subject to a maximum capping of INR 5,00,000 per quarter.
5% of referred sales generated in any other assigned Business Unit where the Team Developer refers business, subject to the Company's applicable attribution, reconciliation and eligibility rules.
9. Revenue Attribution and Reconciliation
Revenue shall be attributed using the Company's official business records and applicable attribution rules.
The Company may consider invoices, payments actually received, assigned territory, business unit, customer attribution, cancellations, refunds, credit notes, discounts, taxes, adjustments, reversals, disputes and other accounting adjustments.
Revenue that cannot reasonably be attributed to the Team Member's assigned territory, qualifying referral or applicable Business Unit may be excluded.
Where previously considered revenue is subsequently refunded, cancelled, reversed, credited, adjusted, disputed or otherwise determined to be ineligible, the corresponding compensation may be adjusted in a subsequent reconciliation, subject to applicable law and the contractual arrangement.
10. No Guaranteed Revenue
The Team Member acknowledges that compensation is performance and revenue dependent. The Company does not guarantee a minimum number of customers, orders, revenue, monthly compensation, quarterly incentive or business volume.
11. Candidate Preference and Market Knowledge
First preference: Property consultants with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a strong practical understanding of the assigned territory and its market.
Second preference: Town planners or property/real-estate developers with strong knowledge of the territorial market, local commercial ecosystem and business relationships.

12. Professional Standards
The Team Member shall perform duties with reasonable skill, care, accuracy, professionalism, diligence, confidentiality, customer focus and timeliness.
The Team Member shall not make unauthorized promises, offer unauthorized discounts, misrepresent products or services, make unauthorized commercial commitments or misrepresent Company policies.
13. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Team Member may receive access to customer records, personal information, sales information, pricing, business processes, commercial information, internal documentation, credentials and other confidential information.
Such information shall be used only for authorized Company purposes and shall not be disclosed, copied, transferred, sold, misused or exploited outside the authorized scope. Applicable Company privacy, data-protection and information-security requirements shall be followed.
14. Intellectual Property and Work Product
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the executed agreement, territory plans, reports, databases, process documents, templates, sales materials and other work product created specifically for the Company in connection with the engagement shall be treated as Company work product.
15. Conflict of Interest
The Team Member shall disclose material conflicts of interest and shall not misuse Company information, customers, leads, systems or business opportunities for unauthorized personal or third-party benefit.
16. Performance Review
The Company may periodically review territory development, revenue performance, team development, lead generation, customer acquisition, partner development, reporting discipline, customer relationships, market coverage and business-unit requirements.
Performance reviews may influence renewal, role continuation or consideration for another engagement arrangement.
17. Termination by Company
Subject to applicable law and the executed agreement, the Company may terminate the engagement for material misconduct, fraud, dishonesty, theft, unauthorized financial activity, confidentiality or data breaches, misuse of customer information, unauthorized access, persistent failure to perform responsibilities, repeated negligence, serious customer misconduct, unauthorized commercial commitments, material contractual or policy breaches, or unlawful conduct connected with the engagement.
Where immediate termination is legally permissible, the Company may terminate without waiting for an ordinary notice period.
18. Termination by Team Member
The Team Member may request termination in accordance with the notice and other requirements specified in the executed contract and should provide reasonable notice for orderly handover of customer matters, leads, documentation, pending activities, Company property and authorized access.
19. Fifteen-Day No-Contact / Abandonment
If the Team Member has no communication/contact with the Company for a continuous period of fifteen (15) calendar days and remains unreachable without prior approval, accepted leave/absence, reasonable explanation or other circumstances accepted by the Company, the Company may treat the engagement as inactive/abandoned and may cancel or terminate the contractual engagement, subject to applicable law.
This provision is not intended to unfairly apply where the Team Member is genuinely prevented from communicating due to an emergency, hospitalization, force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
20. Return of Company Information
Upon expiry or termination, the Team Member shall stop using Company systems, return or delete confidential information as instructed, return Company-owned property, complete pending handovers and stop representing themselves as an active Team Member of the Company.
21. Expiry and Renewal
At the end of the six-month initial period, the Company may renew the contractual engagement, offer a separate salaried arrangement or conclude the engagement without renewal. There is no automatic entitlement to renewal or salaried employment.
22. Governing Terms
This Agreement shall be read together with the Company's applicable Terms & Conditions, privacy/data-protection policies, information-security policies, internal operational policies and other applicable contractual documentation.
The specific executed agreement between the Parties shall prevail in case of inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
23. Acknowledgement
By accepting the engagement, the Team Member confirms that they understand the six-month initial period, the territory-based and team-development nature of the role, the exclusive RiceSing Anda Business Unit allocation, the performance-linked compensation structure, the absence of guaranteed minimum compensation, confidentiality obligations, revenue reconciliation rules and the fifteen-day no-contact provision.
