We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious students who want to gain real-world experience in sales, business development, customer relationships and digital business solutions.
As a Sales & Business Development Intern (Territory), you will work with an assigned territory and business unit and learn how businesses are identified, approached, presented with solutions and converted into customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Development
Understand your allocated territory.

2. Sales & Business Development
Introduce Andabhurji Global Solutions' products and services to prospective customers.
Explain suitable business solutions in a simple and professional manner.
Generate sales enquiries and business leads.
Follow up with interested customers.
Assist in converting suitable prospects into customers.
3. Customer Communication
Communicate with prospective customers through permitted channels such as phone, email, WhatsApp or other approved communication platforms.
Understand customer requirements.
Coordinate with the relevant internal team whenever a customer needs additional information.
Maintain professional and respectful communication.
4. Lead & Sales Management
Maintain basic records of leads and customer discussions.
Update the assigned sales/CRM system or reporting format.
Track follow-ups.
Share sales progress with the assigned mentor or manager.
5. Business Referrals
Interns may also identify and refer potential customers for other business units or territories of the company.
Where an eligible referred sale is successfully received and recorded, the applicable referral incentive will be payable according to the internship incentive policy.

This internship provides an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives based on eligible sales invoices actually received by the company.
Territory & Allocated Business Unit Sales
10% of the total sales order invoices for the allocated territory and business unit received by the intern, up to a maximum of INR 1,00,000 per month.
Referred Sales
5% of the sales order invoices for a referred sale of any other business unit of any other territory received by the intern, up to a maximum of INR 75,000 per month.
Important Incentive Conditions
For simplicity and transparency:
Incentives are performance-based, not a fixed salary.
Incentives are calculated only on eligible sales/order invoices actually received/realised by the company, as defined in the internship policy.
A quotation, proposal, lead, enquiry or unpaid invoice does not by itself create an incentive entitlement.
The applicable incentive is subject to verification of the intern's contribution/referral.
Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions will not qualify.
The applicable monthly maximums will apply.
Incentive calculations may be subject to applicable taxes/deductions, wherever legally required.
Detailed payment timelines and calculation methodology will be provided in the internship offer/internship agreement.

Never misuse customer information.
Never make false promises to customers.
Never collect money from customers personally unless specifically authorised through an approved company process.
Use only approved company communication and sales materials.
Respect customer privacy.
Follow applicable company policies relating to professional conduct and workplace safety.
Report any customer complaint, suspicious activity or inappropriate behaviour to the assigned mentor.
The company may require an internship agreement, identity/educational verification where appropriate, confidentiality undertaking and other reasonable documentation needed for the internship.
No Employment Guarantee
This is an internship and learning opportunity, not an automatic employment offer.
Successful completion of the internship does not guarantee permanent employment. However, interns demonstrating strong performance, professional conduct and business-development capability may be considered for future employment or other opportunities, subject to company requirements and applicable terms.
Internship Certificate
An internship certificate may be issued after successful completion of the internship, subject to:
Completion of the agreed internship period;
Satisfactory participation;
Completion of assigned responsibilities/learning activities; and
Compliance with applicable internship policies.

1. PARTIES
These Contractual Internship Engagement Terms (“Agreement”) are intended to govern the internship engagement between:
Andabhurji Global Solutions, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”,
and
the selected student/intern, hereinafter referred to as the “Intern”.
The Company and the Intern may individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
The Intern’s personal details, internship start date, internship duration, allocated territory and business unit may be recorded in the internship offer letter or joining document.
2. NATURE OF INTERNSHIP
The Company is engaging the Intern for a practical learning and business-development internship under the designation:
Internship: Sales & Business Development (Territory)
The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to:
Sales;
Business development;
Lead generation;
Territory development;
Customer communication;
Business referrals;
Customer relationship management;
Digital business solutions;
Sales follow-up; and
Basic professional and entrepreneurial skills.
The internship is a learning and practical-experience opportunity and does not automatically create a permanent employment relationship or guarantee future employment.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The internship may be offered to students pursuing or having recently completed:
BBA;
BCA;
B.Tech / B.E.;
B.Com;
B.A.;
B.Sc.; or
Any other recognised graduation programme.
Students from other educational backgrounds may also be considered where their skills and interest are suitable for the role.
Freshers may apply.
The Company may request reasonable educational or application-related information for internship selection and administration.
4. INTERNSHIP PERIOD
The internship shall commence from the date mentioned in the Intern’s internship offer/engagement letter.
The internship period shall be the period specified in the offer letter.
The internship may be:
Extended by mutual agreement;
Concluded upon completion of the agreed period;
Renewed for another period where mutually agreed; or
Converted into another suitable engagement through a separate written arrangement, if offered by the Company.
Completion of the internship does not create an automatic right to renewal or employment.
5. ALLOCATED TERRITORY & BUSINESS UNIT
The Intern may be assigned:
A specific territory;
One or more geographical areas;
One or more business units;
A defined customer segment; or
A combination of the above.
The Company may reasonably modify the assigned territory or business unit based on business requirements.
The applicable territory and business unit may be communicated to the Intern through the offer letter, email, CRM, internal communication or other official Company communication.
6. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intern may be responsible for the following activities:
A. Lead Generation
Identify potential customers and businesses.
Research potential prospects within the assigned territory.
Prepare and maintain basic lead information.
Generate sales enquiries.
B. Sales & Business Development
Introduce Company products and services to prospective customers.
Understand basic customer requirements.
Explain relevant products or solutions using approved Company information.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Assist in converting suitable prospects into customers.
C. Territory Development
Understand business opportunities within the allocated territory.
Identify relevant businesses and customer segments.
Develop relationships with potential customers.
Support the growth of the assigned business unit.
D. Customer Communication
The Intern may communicate with prospective customers through approved channels such as:
Telephone;
Email;
WhatsApp;
Online meetings;
Social/business communication platforms; or
Other Company-approved channels.
All communication must be professional, honest and respectful.
E. Referrals
The Intern may refer potential customers to other business units or territories of the Company.
Eligible referred sales may qualify for the applicable referral incentive described in this Agreement.
F. Reporting
The Intern shall maintain basic records of:
Leads;
Customer enquiries;
Follow-ups;
Meetings;
Sales opportunities;
Referrals; and
Other relevant business-development activities.
The Intern shall provide reasonable updates to the assigned mentor or manager.
7. TRAINING & MENTOR SUPPORT
The Company may provide the Intern with basic orientation and training relating to:
Company introduction;
Products and services;
Sales process;
Business-development process;
Territory allocation;
Lead management;
Customer communication;
CRM/reporting procedures;
Incentive calculation;
Professional conduct; and
Data confidentiality.
The Intern may be assigned a manager, mentor or other Company representative for guidance.
The Intern is expected to ask questions whenever clarification is reasonably required.
8. WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Unless otherwise communicated, the internship may initially be performed remotely.
Depending on business requirements, the Company may offer or require:
Remote work;
Hybrid work; or
Work from an office/business location.
Where remote work is agreed, the Intern should have reasonable access to:
A laptop/desktop or suitable device;
Smartphone;
Reliable internet connection; and
A suitable environment for attending online meetings and performing assigned activities.
The specific working arrangement may be communicated separately.
9. PERFORMANCE-BASED INCENTIVES
The internship does not carry a guaranteed fixed salary unless specifically stated in a separate written document.
Subject to this Agreement and the applicable incentive rules, the Intern may earn performance-based sales incentives.
9.1 Allocated Territory & Business Unit Sales
The Intern shall be eligible for:
10% of the total eligible sales order invoices for the allocated territory and business unit received through the Intern, subject to a maximum of INR 1,00,000 per month.
9.2 Referred Sales – Other Business Units / Territories
The Intern shall additionally be eligible for:
5% of eligible sales order invoices for a referred sale belonging to any other business unit or any other territory, subject to a maximum of INR 75,000 per month.
10. INCENTIVE ELIGIBILITY
For the purpose of incentive calculation, an eligible sale generally means a sale that:
Has been properly recorded in the Company's business system;
Can reasonably be attributed to the Intern or the Intern's referral;
Relates to an eligible Company product or service;
Has resulted in an eligible sales order/invoice; and
Has been received/realised by the Company in accordance with the applicable sales and accounting records.
A lead, enquiry, quotation or proposal alone does not automatically create an incentive entitlement.
The Company may verify the source and attribution of a sale before approving the incentive.
11. SALES ATTRIBUTION & RECONCILIATION
The Company’s official business, sales and accounting records shall be used for determining eligible sales.
The Company may consider:
Customer records;
Sales orders;
Invoices;
Payments actually received;
Assigned territory;
Assigned business unit;
Referral information;
Customer attribution;
Cancellations;
Refunds;
Credit notes;
Discounts;
Taxes;
Reversals;
Disputed transactions; and
Other reasonable accounting adjustments.
If a sale is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed, credited or otherwise determined to be ineligible, the Company may make the corresponding adjustment in a subsequent incentive calculation, subject to applicable law and the agreed terms.
12. NO GUARANTEED SALES OR INCENTIVE
The Intern understands that the incentive structure is performance-based.
The Company does not guarantee:
Any minimum number of customers;
Any minimum number of sales;
Any minimum sales value;
Any minimum monthly incentive;
Any minimum income; or
Any particular level of business activity.
The maximum amounts stated in this Agreement are maximum incentive limits and are not guaranteed payments.
13. PAYMENT OF INCENTIVES
Eligible incentives shall be calculated and processed after reasonable verification and reconciliation of the relevant sales records.
The Company may establish a regular internal processing/payment cycle for approved incentives.
Any applicable tax deduction or other legally required deduction shall be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
The Company may request reasonable information required for processing eligible payments.
14. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
The Intern shall communicate with customers honestly, professionally and respectfully.
The Intern shall not:
Make false statements about the Company;
Promise products or services that have not been approved;
Guarantee results or functionality without authorization;
Offer unauthorized discounts;
Make unauthorized commercial commitments;
Misrepresent pricing;
Misrepresent Company policies;
Collect customer payments personally unless specifically authorised;
Use abusive, offensive or inappropriate communication; or
Engage in conduct that may reasonably harm customer relationships or the Company's reputation.
Customer complaints or sensitive matters should be promptly referred to the assigned manager or mentor.
15. CONFIDENTIALITY
During the internship, the Intern may receive or access confidential Company information, including:
Customer information;
Customer contact information;
Sales information;
Pricing;
Product information;
Business plans;
Leads;
Business processes;
Internal documents;
Marketing information;
CRM records;
Login/access information;
Commercial information; and
Other non-public information.
The Intern shall use such information only for authorised internship activities.
The Intern shall not:
Sell confidential information;
Share confidential information with unauthorised persons;
Use Company information for personal benefit;
Copy or distribute confidential records unnecessarily; or
Use customer information for an unrelated personal or third-party business.
These confidentiality responsibilities may continue after the internship ends to the extent applicable under law and the nature of the information.
16. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
The Intern shall respect the privacy of customers, prospects, employees and other individuals whose information may be accessed during the internship.
The Intern shall:
Use personal information only for authorised purposes;
Follow Company privacy and data-protection instructions;
Avoid unnecessary downloading or copying of personal information;
Not share customer information through unauthorised channels;
Report suspected data loss or unauthorised access promptly; and
Follow reasonable information-security procedures communicated by the Company.
17. SYSTEM ACCESS & SECURITY
Where the Intern receives access to Company systems, CRM tools, email accounts, websites or other business platforms, such access shall be used only for authorised purposes.
The Intern shall:
Keep passwords confidential;
Not share login credentials;
Not allow unauthorised persons to use Company accounts;
Use approved systems and communication channels;
Take reasonable care of Company information; and
Report suspected unauthorised access.
Company access may be restricted, suspended or withdrawn when the internship ends or where reasonably required for security.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & WORK PRODUCT
Documents, reports, sales materials, customer records, business lists, templates, presentations, process documents and other work specifically created for the Company during the internship shall be handled according to the Company's instructions and applicable law.
The Intern shall not commercially exploit or distribute Company-specific materials without authorization.
The Intern may retain ordinary academic knowledge and general skills learned during the internship, subject to confidentiality and intellectual-property obligations.
19. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The Intern shall disclose any material conflict of interest that may affect the internship.
The Intern shall not misuse:
Company leads;
Customer relationships;
Company data;
Company systems;
Company opportunities; or
Confidential information
for an unauthorised personal or third-party benefit.
The Intern may pursue ordinary academic activities and other lawful activities provided they do not materially interfere with the internship or misuse Company information.
20. PERFORMANCE REVIEW
The Company may periodically review the Intern's:
Participation;
Learning;
Lead generation;
Customer communication;
Follow-up;
Sales activity;
Reporting;
Professional conduct;
Reliability;
Customer feedback; and
Overall internship performance.
Performance reviews may be used for:
Internship feedback;
Certificate eligibility;
Recognition;
Extension;
Renewal; or
Consideration for future opportunities.
No future employment or renewal is guaranteed.
21. ATTENDANCE & COMMUNICATION
The Intern is expected to maintain reasonable communication with the assigned mentor or manager.
If the Intern is unable to participate due to:
Examinations;
College commitments;
Illness;
Emergency;
Family circumstances; or
Other reasonable circumstances,
the Intern should inform the assigned mentor as early as reasonably possible.
The Company may establish reasonable attendance, meeting and reporting requirements for the internship.
22. STUDENT & ACADEMIC COMMITMENTS
The Company recognises that the Intern is a student.
The Intern may be required to balance internship responsibilities with:
Classes;
Examinations;
Academic assignments;
College activities; and
Other legitimate academic commitments.
Where practical, the Company may provide reasonable flexibility based on the agreed internship arrangement.
The Intern should communicate important academic schedules in advance wherever possible.
23. ABSENCE / NO-CONTACT
Regular communication is important for a successful internship.
If the Intern remains completely unreachable for 15 consecutive calendar days without prior communication, approved absence, reasonable explanation or circumstances beyond the Intern's reasonable control, the Company may treat the internship as inactive and may conclude the engagement.
This provision is not intended to unfairly apply where the Intern is genuinely unable to communicate because of an emergency, serious unforeseen circumstances or another reasonable situation.
24. TERMINATION BY THE COMPANY
Subject to applicable law and the agreed internship terms, the Company may conclude the internship before the scheduled end date where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
Serious misconduct;
Fraud or dishonesty;
Misuse of customer information;
Unauthorised access to systems;
Sharing confidential information;
Repeated failure to perform agreed responsibilities;
Serious customer misconduct;
Unauthorised financial activity;
Material violation of Company policies;
Unlawful conduct connected with the internship; or
Other serious circumstances affecting the internship.
Where appropriate, the Company may provide an opportunity to explain or correct a problem before concluding the internship.
Immediate action may be taken where the circumstances reasonably require it and where legally permissible.
25. TERMINATION BY THE INTERN
The Intern may request to end the internship by informing the Company/assigned mentor within the notice period specified in the internship offer or agreement.
The Intern should, where reasonably possible, complete a simple handover of:
Pending customer follow-ups;
Lead information;
Sales opportunities;
Reports;
Company information; and
Other assigned work.
The Company may waive or modify the handover/notice requirement depending on the circumstances.
26. RETURN / DELETION OF COMPANY INFORMATION
At the end of the internship, the Intern shall, as reasonably required:
Stop using Company systems;
Stop representing themselves as an active Intern of the Company;
Return Company-owned property;
Delete or return Company confidential information;
Complete pending handovers; and
Stop using customer information obtained through the internship.
The Intern should not retain Company confidential information for personal or third-party use.
27. INTERNSHIP CERTIFICATE
Subject to the Company's internship policy, an internship completion certificate may be issued after successful completion of the internship.
Certificate eligibility may depend on:
Completion of the agreed internship period;
Satisfactory participation;
Completion of assigned responsibilities;
Compliance with Company policies; and
Completion of required handover formalities.
The issuance of a certificate does not constitute an employment offer.
28. FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
Successful Interns may be considered for future opportunities with the Company based on:
Performance;
Skills;
Business requirements;
Availability of suitable positions;
Academic background; and
Other applicable selection criteria.
Any future employment or contractual engagement shall be subject to a separate offer or agreement.
Completion of the internship does not create an automatic right to employment.
29. CHANGES TO THE INTERNSHIP
The Company may reasonably modify:
Assigned territory;
Business unit;
Reporting process;
Working arrangement;
Training process;
Customer segment; or
Day-to-day responsibilities
based on business requirements, provided that material changes to the principal contractual terms should be communicated appropriately.
Any material change to the incentive structure should be documented separately.
30. COMPANY POLICIES
The Intern shall comply with applicable Company policies communicated during the internship, including where relevant:
Privacy policy;
Data-protection requirements;
Information-security requirements;
Customer communication guidelines;
Professional conduct requirements;
Sales procedures; and
Other reasonable operational policies.
If there is any conflict between this Agreement and another document, the specific executed internship agreement and applicable law shall govern to the extent required.
31. NO UNAUTHORISED REPRESENTATION
The Intern shall not represent that they have authority to:
Sign contracts on behalf of the Company;
Change Company pricing;
Provide binding guarantees;
Approve refunds;
Make legal commitments;
Hire employees;
Appoint agents;
Create partnerships; or
Bind the Company to any commercial obligation
unless expressly authorised in writing.
32. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be interpreted subject to the laws applicable to the Company's engagement and the applicable jurisdiction stated in the Company's current official contractual documentation.
The final internship agreement should contain the Company's current registered address and applicable jurisdiction exactly as approved by the Company and its legal/HR advisers.
Nothing in this clause is intended to remove or restrict any statutory right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
33. ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING
This Agreement, together with the applicable internship offer letter and written Company policies, represents the understanding between the Parties concerning the internship.
Material changes to the internship duration, incentive structure, territory, business unit or other principal terms should be recorded appropriately.
34. INTERN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accepting this internship engagement, the Intern confirms that they understand that:
This is a student internship in Sales & Business Development (Territory).
The internship is intended to provide practical business and professional learning.
The Intern may be assigned a territory and business unit.
The Intern may be required to work remotely, hybrid or from an office depending on the agreed arrangement.
The Intern is responsible for maintaining reasonable communication with the assigned mentor/manager.
The internship does not guarantee permanent employment.
The internship does not guarantee a minimum number of sales, customers or incentive payments.
Performance-based incentives are subject to eligible sales and the Company's applicable records and reconciliation.
The Intern may receive 10% of eligible sales order invoices for the allocated territory and business unit, subject to a maximum of INR 1,00,000 per month.
The Intern may receive 5% of eligible referred sales order invoices belonging to another business unit or territory, subject to a maximum of INR 75,000 per month.
A lead, enquiry, quotation or unpaid transaction does not automatically qualify for an incentive.
Cancelled, refunded, reversed, credited or otherwise ineligible transactions may be excluded or adjusted.
Customer and Company information must be kept confidential.
Company systems and customer information must only be used for authorised internship activities.
The Intern must communicate honestly and professionally with customers.
The Intern must follow reasonable Company policies and instructions.
Completion of the internship does not guarantee employment.
A certificate may be issued subject to successful completion and applicable Company requirements.
The final executed internship agreement and applicable law shall govern the engagement.
