1. About the Role
Andabhurji Global Solutions is looking for motivated, commercially oriented and self-driven individuals to join as Team Members – Sales Management & Business Development for one of the Company's designated business units.
The selected Team Member will be responsible for driving sales, business development, customer acquisition, partnerships and revenue generation for an assigned business unit within a specified geographical region of a State in India.
This is a partnership-oriented, performance-driven contractual opportunity designed for individuals who are confident in developing markets, generating business, managing customer relationships and building a sustainable sales pipeline.
The Team Member will be expected to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of the growth of the assigned business unit within the designated region.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales and business-development activities for the assigned business unit.
Identify potential customers, businesses, institutions, partners and other commercial opportunities within the assigned region.
Generate leads through direct prospecting, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other legitimate channels.
Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
Conduct customer discovery and understand business requirements, pain points and purchasing requirements.
Present the Company's products, software, services and solutions to prospective customers.
Conduct online/offline product demonstrations wherever required.
Explain product features, benefits, commercial value and potential ROI to prospects.
Prepare or coordinate proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial discussions.
Handle customer objections relating to price, competition, implementation, technology, integrations, security, customization and decision-making.
Negotiate commercially within the authority and pricing framework approved by the Company.
Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
Develop new accounts and maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, renewal and expansion opportunities.
Develop strategic partnerships and local business relationships where relevant.
Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities in the assigned region.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update the Company's designated CRM/system.
Track leads, opportunities, conversions, sales values, collections and revenue.
Provide regular business-development reports and forecasts to the Company.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding, implementation, support and issue resolution.
Work towards achieving sustainable revenue growth for the assigned business unit.
3. Regional Business Ownership
The Team Member may be assigned:
One specific business unit of Andabhurji Global Solutions; and
One defined geographical region within a State in India.
The exact business unit, geographical territory, commercial targets and operational scope will be communicated at the time of engagement.
The Team Member shall focus primarily on business development within the assigned territory unless otherwise authorized by the Company.
The Company may revise, expand, reduce or reallocate territories based on business requirements, market conditions, performance, customer requirements or organizational strategy.

5. Minimum Skill Fitment Requirement
This is a performance-oriented business development role, and candidates are not expected to possess every skill listed above at an expert level.

6. Contract & Engagement Structure
This position is offered as a renewable six (6) month contractual engagement.
The engagement is partnership-oriented and performance-driven.
Initial Contract Period
The initial engagement period shall be:
Six (6) months from the effective date of engagement.
There shall be no automatic right to renewal at the end of the six-month period.
At the end of the contractual period, the Company may, at its sole commercial discretion:
Renew the contractual engagement for another agreed period; or
Offer conversion to a salaried employment model, subject to the Company's business requirements, the performance of the assigned business unit, organizational performance and the individual's performance; or
Decide not to renew the engagement.
Conversion to a salaried position shall not be automatic or guaranteed merely because the candidate completes six months.
7. Compensation & Revenue Share
This position does not carry a fixed monthly salary, fixed stipend or guaranteed compensation during the contractual period.
Compensation is linked to the revenue generated from the assigned region for the assigned business unit.
A. Primary Revenue Share
The Team Member shall be eligible for:
10% of the Total Revenue generated in the assigned region for the assigned business unit.
Subject to a maximum monthly cap of:
INR 5,00,000 per month
The applicable revenue shall be determined based on the Company's financial records, customer invoices, payment realization and applicable revenue-recognition/reconciliation procedures.
8. Performance Incentive
In addition to the primary revenue share, the Team Member shall be eligible for:
3% of the Total Revenue generated in the assigned region for the assigned business unit as a performance incentive.
The incentive shall be:
Calculated on the applicable revenue;
Subject to reconciliation of the Company's records;
Payable upon completion of the applicable quarter and completion of reconciliation;
Subject to a maximum cap of:
INR 10,00,000 per quarter
The incentive shall not be considered earned merely on the basis of an order, proposal, quotation or verbal commitment.
Revenue eligibility shall be subject to the Company's applicable invoicing, payment realization, cancellation, refund, credit-note, reconciliation and accounting policies.
9. Illustrative Compensation Structure

10. Revenue Calculation & Reconciliation
For purposes of calculating revenue share and incentives, the Company shall maintain the official records relating to:
Customer invoices
Payments received
Cancellations
Refunds
Credit notes
Discounts
Taxes
Adjustments
Customer disputes
Revenue attributable to the assigned territory
Revenue attributable to the assigned business unit
The Company's records and reconciliation process shall be used to determine the final eligible revenue.
Where a transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed or otherwise adjusted, the corresponding revenue-share or incentive calculation may be adjusted in the subsequent reconciliation.
11. Performance Expectations
The Team Member is expected to actively develop the assigned territory and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

12. Customer & Company Relationship Management
The Team Member shall:
Represent Andabhurji Global Solutions professionally.
Follow approved pricing, product and commercial policies.
Avoid making unauthorized commitments to customers.
Not represent unapproved features or services as guaranteed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and Company information.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, customers and business transactions.
Ensure that customer communications are professional and accurate.
Escalate technical, commercial, legal or customer issues to the appropriate Company team.
Follow the Company's applicable policies, procedures and instructions.
13. CRM, Reporting & Documentation
The Team Member shall maintain accurate records of sales activities through the Company's designated systems.
This may include:

Calls
Meetings
Demonstrations
Proposals
Quotations
Negotiations
Sales opportunities
Closed deals
Revenue
Customer follow-ups

Customer issues
Failure to maintain appropriate records may affect revenue attribution, reconciliation and incentive eligibility.
14. Conflict of Interest
During the contractual engagement, the Team Member shall disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest that could materially affect the Company's business.
The Team Member shall not:
Misuse Company leads or customer information;
Divert Company business opportunities for personal benefit;
Represent competitors using Company confidential information;
Misrepresent themselves as an authorized representative beyond the scope granted by the Company;
Enter into unauthorized commercial commitments on behalf of the Company.
Any conflict-of-interest restrictions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and the specific contractual agreement executed between the parties.
15. Confidentiality & Data Protection
The Team Member may have access to confidential business information including:
Customer information
Lead databases
Pricing
Proposals
Business strategies
Sales data
Product information
Technical information
Commercial agreements
Internal processes
Financial information
Marketing plans
Such information shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed, copied, transferred, sold, misused or utilized outside the authorized scope of the engagement.
All applicable privacy, data-protection and information-security requirements communicated by the Company must be followed.
16. Termination / Cancellation of Contract
Either party may request termination of the contractual engagement in accordance with the executed contract and applicable law.
The Company may terminate or cancel the engagement, subject to applicable law and the contractual terms, in circumstances including but not limited to:
A. Misconduct
Fraud
Misrepresentation
Dishonesty
Unauthorized financial transactions
Misuse of Company resources
Serious breach of professional conduct
B. Confidentiality Breach
Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information
Misuse of customer data
Unauthorized disclosure of pricing or commercial information
Unauthorized sharing of internal documents or credentials
C. Business/Customer Misconduct
Making unauthorized commitments to customers
False promises regarding products or services
Unauthorized discounts
Customer manipulation
Diversion of Company business
Serious customer complaints arising from misconduct
D. Performance-Related Reasons
The Company may review and terminate the engagement where there is sustained failure to perform agreed responsibilities, maintain required activity levels, develop the assigned territory, comply with reporting requirements or meet mutually established performance expectations.
Performance termination should be administered in accordance with the executed contract and applicable law.
E. Policy or Contract Breach
Material violation of Company policies, contractual obligations, applicable laws or lawful business instructions may constitute grounds for termination.
F. Conflict of Interest
Undisclosed or material conflicts of interest that adversely affect the Company's business may constitute grounds for termination.
17. Inactivity / No-Contact Clause
Because this is an active, performance-oriented regional business-development engagement, continuous communication is an essential part of the role.
If the Team Member remains completely unreachable or has no communication/contact with the Company for a continuous period of fifteen (15) calendar days, without prior approval, reasonable explanation or an arrangement accepted by the Company, the Company may treat the contractual engagement as abandoned/inactive and may cancel or terminate the contract.
Where legally permissible and depending on the circumstances, the Company may cancel the engagement with or without further notice.
This provision shall not prevent consideration of genuine circumstances such as emergencies, hospitalization, force majeure or other circumstances where the Team Member is unable to communicate and subsequently provides reasonable evidence or explanation.
The Company reserves the right to make a reasonable determination based on the circumstances and the applicable contractual terms and law.
18. Immediate Termination
Subject to applicable law, the Company may terminate the engagement without waiting for the ordinary contractual notice period in cases involving serious misconduct, fraud, theft, intentional data misuse, material confidentiality breach, unauthorized financial activity, serious reputational harm, unlawful conduct or other material breach where immediate termination is legally permissible.
19. End of Six-Month Contract
At completion of the initial six-month period, the Company and Team Member may mutually evaluate:
Business-unit performance
Regional revenue
Customer acquisition
Pipeline development
Individual performance
Market potential
Business sustainability
Organizational requirements
Based on this evaluation, the Company may:
Renew the contractual engagement,
offer a salaried employment arrangement, or
allow the contractual engagement to conclude without renewal.
No renewal or salaried conversion shall be deemed guaranteed.
20. Candidate Profile

21. Important Commercial Disclosure
This is not a conventional fixed-salary employment position during the initial contractual period.

The Company may establish business-unit-specific targets and KPIs during the engagement.
14. Communication & Remote Working Discipline
As this is a remote role, effective digital communication is an essential responsibility.
The Team Member is expected to:
Remain reasonably accessible through designated communication channels.
Attend scheduled online meetings.
Respond to important business communications within a reasonable timeframe.
Maintain regular communication with the reporting/management team.
Provide required sales and business-development reports.
Participate in online customer meetings and demonstrations.
Inform the Company in advance where circumstances may materially affect availability.
Maintain adequate internet and communication facilities to perform the role.
Failure to maintain reasonable communication or prolonged unexplained absence may result in action under the applicable termination/inactivity provisions of the contract.
15. Inactivity / No-Contact Clause
If the Team Member remains completely unreachable or has no communication/contact with the Company for a continuous period of fifteen (15) calendar days, without prior approval, reasonable explanation or an arrangement accepted by the Company, the Company may treat the contractual engagement as abandoned/inactive and may cancel or terminate the contract.
Where legally permissible and depending on the circumstances, the Company may cancel the engagement with or without further notice.
This provision shall not prevent consideration of genuine circumstances such as emergencies, hospitalization, force majeure or other circumstances where the Team Member is unable to communicate and subsequently provides a reasonable explanation or evidence.
The Company reserves the right to make a reasonable determination based on the circumstances and applicable contractual terms and law.
16. Other Contractual Provisions
The contractual agreement shall contain applicable provisions concerning:
Confidentiality
Data protection
Intellectual property
Customer information
Conflict of interest
Company representation
Business ethics
Unauthorized commitments
Sales and pricing authority
Contract termination
Dispute resolution
Governing law
Jurisdiction
Other applicable Company policies
The final executed contract shall prevail over this Job Description in case of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
17. Candidate Acknowledgement
By applying for this position, the candidate acknowledges that they have understood the nature of the opportunity, including:
Completely remote working at the commencement of the engagement;
Requirement to have a suitable laptop/desktop, smartphone and reliable internet connection;
Potential future transition to a hybrid or work-from-office model based on organizational requirements and availability;
Six-month contractual engagement;
Revenue-linked compensation;
Absence of fixed salary;
Applicable revenue-share and incentive caps;
Performance expectations;
Non-guaranteed contract renewal;
Non-guaranteed salaried conversion.
The final commercial and legal relationship shall be governed by the agreement executed between the Company and the selected candidate.
