1. ROLE PURPOSE
The Business Unit Partnerships Development Manager (Sub-Regional) will be responsible for building, developing and managing a strong ecosystem of sales partners, affiliate partners, referral partners, channel partners and strategic business associates for an assigned Business Unit within a defined sub-region.
The primary purpose of this role is to create a distributed business-development network capable of generating recurring revenue for the assigned Business Unit.
The Manager will not be expected to personally generate every sale.
Instead, the role is designed around:
Build Partners → Enable Partners → Activate Partners → Support Partners → Generate Revenue → Grow the Ecosystem
The Manager will act as the bridge between:

33. TERMINATION

The Partner shall be eligible for the following commercial benefits.

14.2 PARTNER-GENERATED REVENUE INCENTIVE

17. PARTNER-GENERATED REVENUE
For purposes of the additional 5% incentive, revenue shall be considered partner-generated where the applicable customer/business transaction is demonstrably sourced, introduced or materially developed through a Partner within the assigned Business Unit, subject to the Organization's attribution rules.

18. REVENUE CALCULATION
Revenue-linked benefits may be calculated based on eligible revenue actually received or recognized under the Organization's approved accounting and commercial procedures.
The Organization may account for:

Credit notes.
Cancellations.
Reversals.
Payment failures.
Customer adjustments.
Bad debts.
Other legitimate commercial adjustments.
Final revenue calculations shall be subject to reconciliation.
19. NO GUARANTEED MINIMUM INCOME
The Partner acknowledges that:
No fixed salary is guaranteed.
No minimum monthly earning is guaranteed.
No minimum partner count is guaranteed.
No minimum customer count is guaranteed.
No minimum revenue is guaranteed.
Revenue depends upon actual eligible business.
Partner performance may vary.

The Partner shall continuously work toward:

21. SUB-REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The Partner shall actively develop the assigned sub-region through:
Local networking.
Partner recruitment.
Customer introductions.
Business meetings.
Local events.
Community relationships.
Institutional relationships.
Referral programs.
Affiliate development.
Channel development.
22. REPORTING
The Partner shall maintain and submit information relating to:
Partner database.
New partners.
Active partners.
Inactive partners.
Partner leads.
Customer opportunities.
Sales.
Revenue.
Partner-generated revenue.
Pipeline.
Customer status.
Sub-regional performance.
23. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Partner may receive confidential information relating to:
Products.
Pricing.
Customers.
Partners.
Revenue.
Commercial terms.
Business strategies.
Sales data.
Customer databases.
Partner databases.
Internal systems.
Such information shall not be disclosed or used for unauthorized purposes.
24. CUSTOMER AND PARTNER DATA
The Partner shall protect personal and business information received during the engagement.
The Partner shall not:
Sell customer information.
Sell partner information.
Share customer databases.
Share partner databases.
Export confidential data for personal use.
Provide unauthorized access to third parties.
The Partner shall comply with the Organization's data-protection and security procedures.
25. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The Partner shall disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest.
The Partner shall not:
Divert Organization customers.
Divert Organization partners.
Divert registered business opportunities.
Use Organization leads for competing businesses.
Misuse confidential information.
Establish unauthorized competing arrangements using Organization resources.
26. REPRESENTATION OF THE ORGANIZATION
The Partner shall represent the Organization accurately.
The Partner shall not:
Promise unauthorized discounts.
Promise unauthorized products.
Guarantee customer outcomes.
Misrepresent commercial terms.
Make unauthorized legal commitments.
Make unauthorized technical commitments.
Only Organization-approved information shall be used in customer and partner communications.
27. REMOTE WORK
The engagement shall initially be remote.
The Partner shall maintain:
Smartphone.
Laptop/computer where required.
Reliable internet.
Professional communication facilities.
Ability to conduct online meetings.
Ability to maintain digital records.
28. LOCAL MEETINGS AND TRAVEL
The Partner may be required to meet:
Partners.
Customers.
Business associations.
Institutions.
Local enterprises.
Potential affiliates.
Travel requirements shall be subject to reasonable business requirements and applicable Organization policies.
29. PERFORMANCE REVIEW
The Organization may review:
Partner acquisition.
Partner activation.
Partner productivity.
Partner-generated revenue.
Sub-regional revenue.
Customer acquisition.
Customer retention.
Partner retention.
Business pipeline.
Reporting quality.
Professional conduct.
30. SIX-MONTH REVIEW
At the end of the initial six-month period, the Organization may:
Renew the engagement.
Modify the territory.
Modify the Business Unit.
Expand responsibilities.
Revise commercial terms by mutual written agreement.
Discontinue the engagement.
Renewal is not guaranteed.
31. TERMINATION
The engagement may be terminated for:
Fraud.
Financial misconduct.
Misrepresentation.
Unauthorized commercial commitments.
Confidentiality breach.
Data misuse.
Conflict of interest.
Diversion of customers.
Diversion of partners.
Serious performance failure.
Material breach.
Violation of Organization policies.
Misuse of Organization information or systems.
The Partner may also request termination by providing reasonable written notice and completing appropriate handover responsibilities.
32. FIFTEEN-DAY NO-CONTACT / ABANDONMENT
If the Partner becomes completely unreachable and provides no communication for 15 continuous calendar days, without prior approval, reasonable explanation or an accepted communication arrangement, the Organization may treat the engagement as abandoned and terminate/cancel the engagement, subject to applicable law.
This provision shall not ordinarily apply where communication is prevented by:
Genuine emergency.
Force majeure.
Serious unavoidable circumstances.
Other circumstances reasonably accepted by the Organization.
33. HANDOVER
Upon termination or expiry, the Partner shall provide appropriate handover including:
Partner list.
Partner status.
Customer leads.
Business opportunities.
Pipeline.
Revenue status.
Pending customer matters.
Pending partner matters.
Relevant documentation.
Organization property.
Confidential information.
34. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Partner lists, business-development material, reports, processes, presentations, training materials, databases and other work products specifically developed for the Organization shall be treated in accordance with the Organization's applicable intellectual-property policies and applicable law.
35. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
The Partner shall maintain professional conduct while dealing with:
Customers.
Partners.
Affiliates.
Employees.
Management.
Vendors.
Institutions.
Business associates.
The Partner shall act honestly and shall not knowingly mislead any stakeholder.
36. NO EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE FOR PARTNERS
The Partner shall not represent to prospective sales partners, affiliates or customers that joining the Partner ecosystem creates a guaranteed employment position, guaranteed salary or guaranteed income unless expressly approved in writing by the Organization.
Partner opportunities shall be explained according to the applicable approved commercial terms.
37. ELIGIBILITY CATEGORY VERIFICATION
Where the Organization has specifically invited applications from the preferred categories described in these terms, the Organization may request reasonable documentation to establish eligibility.
The Organization shall seek only information reasonably necessary for such verification and may determine the appropriate verification process separately.
Eligibility for a preferred category does not by itself guarantee selection or engagement.
38. APPLICABLE LAW
The engagement shall be subject to applicable laws and regulations of India.
Where the Organization operates across different States, applicable State-specific requirements may also be considered where relevant.
Any provision inconsistent with mandatory applicable law shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to remain legally compliant.
39. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accepting this engagement, the Partner confirms that they understand:
The contractual nature of the engagement.
The six-month initial period.
The sub-regional responsibility.
The assigned Business Unit.
The partner-development responsibility.
The affiliate-development responsibility.
The revenue-share structure.
The 10% sub-regional revenue share.
The ₹2.50 lakh monthly cap.
The additional 5% partner-generated revenue incentive.
The ₹2.50 lakh quarterly incentive cap.
That there is no guaranteed minimum income.
That revenue is subject to attribution and reconciliation.
The confidentiality requirements.
The customer and partner data requirements.
The professional-conduct requirements.
The termination provisions.
The 15-day no-contact provision.
That renewal is not guaranteed.
